We offer the highest quality links available but there are very rare circumstances when chemicals and natural PH levels will patina gold filled and sterling silver metals. If this is a concern we encourage customers to choose from our 14k gold options. Overall, we're confident in our quality and always work with customers that may experience any issues with their jewelry. It’s important to note one significant reaction can happen between sterling silver and high levels of sustained chlorine exposure. Avoid public hot tubs. If you do find issue, you can easily polish your silver back to its original glory with our permanent jewelry cleaner.

Overall, our jewelry is not designed to be un-changing and perfect. Overtime, it will develop patina, scratches, and natural wear. It will age with you, and we think that’s beautiful (and perfect just like you!) 

Repair

We offer a really wide variety of strong links, however, some are more delicate than others. If your chain breaks or stretches we offer to adjust and re-weld for free. We do not replace lost chains.

For jewelry from other businesses we offer to reweld for $25 or free if you purchase another permanent jewelry piece while you’re visiting.
