Links & Co. founder Alex’s dream was to celebrate life’s special moments with others in a creative and expressive way. That dream became a reality when she started Charm City Links Permanent Jewelry, in Baltimore, MD July of 2022.

Links & Co. offers a wide variety of precious metal links to compliment unique styles in a customizable and stackable way.

Whether you’re looking to celebrate friendship, solidify memories, signify your love or host a party with friends, a permanent anklet, necklace, bracelet, or ring, is the perfect memento.

Forever jewelry for life’s special moments

Permanent jewelry, also known as “friendship jewelry” or “forever jewelry” is customized to fit perfectly to your size and welded without a clasp so it appears as an infinite loop. But don’t worry — our jewelry is only permanent for as long as you want it to be. Once you’re ready for your permanent necklace, bracelet, anklet, or ring to come off, you can carefully remove it with scissors or jewelry shears. And if you ever want to put your permanent jewelry back on, just bring it to our studio and we can weld it back on for free!

  • Permanent jewelry is customized jewelry, fit perfectly to your size and welded without a clasp so it appears as an infinite loop.

    We offer permanent anklets, bracelets, necklaces and rings, as well as more unique options such as belly bands.

  • Permanent jewelry can be given unlimited significance. Permanent jewelry is also known as “friendship jewelry” or “forever jewelry” so it makes sense that people most often choose to share the experience with a loved one to celebrate their special relationship, anniversary or milestone. Permanent jewelry is also a wonderful self gift to signify new intentions or remember loved ones.

  • Customers have the opportunity to pick their favorite of about 30 different links including sterling silver, 14k gold filled, rose gold, and 14k solid gold options.

  • Customers have the option to book an appointment in studio, at a pop up, or a private event (links below).

    Once you’ve arrived, you’ll have the opportunity to relax and enjoy picking out your favorite link. Once picked, we’ll custom size your piece to fit perfectly and talk about any additional customizations. To make it permanent we will safely weld the link with a jump ring and polish it to finish.

  • Prices range from $65 - $300 for bracelets. The cost depends on the type and weight of the precious metal. Most sterling silver and gold filled pieces are $65 - $89. Anklets are priced $10 more than the bracelets. Rings are $39+. Necklaces are priced by the inch.

  • No, we can safely apply jewelry to any age but we do suggest putting a clasp on some of our younger customers if they play competitive sports.

  • If you need to take your link off, we suggest you cut it at the jump ring and save it. We offer free welding for customers that purchased their links from us. Just reach out to schedule an appointment to reapply it. If you have a piece from another company we can weld yours back on for $25.

  • We guarantee the strength of the jump ring that is welded. Any chains are subject to possible breakage. If your chain breaks we can add another connection for you. If you’re concerned about the wear and tear, we can suggest chains that are more durable for you.
