Refund policy
At Charm City Links, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. While not everything can be returned, we do our best to make sure you feel taken care of. Please review our return details below:
Pre-Made Necklaces & Home Goods
- Eligible Returns – Unworn, unused premade necklaces and unopened candles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Condition – Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
- Non-Returnable Items – For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn jewelry or used candles.
Permanent Jewelry & Custom Charm Necklaces
- Final Sale – Due to the custom nature of our products, permanent jewelry and custom charm necklaces are final sale and non-refundable.
- Re-Welding Services – If your permanent jewelry comes loose, we offer re-welding for $25 if it was originally purchased elsewhere, or free if the link was purchased from us.
- Breakage Disclaimer – We are not responsible for damage or breakage to custom charm necklaces once they leave our studio.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return for eligible items, please contact us at hello@charmcitylinks.com or call our studio at (410) 204-4624. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
